Every training collar that leaves the Bielefeld leather manufactory is a true work of art, because it requires particularly careful handwork and years of experience to make it. But a dressage collar is also particularly practical. It has to be correctly adjusted once, based on the circumference of the dog's head and neck, so that when the dog pulls, the integrated metal ring stops the collar from tightening at the desired point. For walking, the collar can simply be slipped over the dog's head with a gentle hand movement and connected to the leash. When free running or walking on a loose lead, the particularly soft, ecological cowhide of the ROUND & SOFT CANADIAN UP training collar flatters the dog's coat almost unnoticed and the round-stitched finish does the rest to ensure that the neck flatterer is hardly noticed. The reinforcing nylon core makes this piece of jewellery particularly stable and dimensionally stable. Only hides of southern German origin are used in the manufacture of the chrome-free premium leather with its strikingly supple feel. Moreover, the finishing process takes place in local tanneries so that transport distances can be kept short for the sake of the environment. The leather, which is certified by the International Association of the Natural Textile Industry, is guaranteed to be ecologically and socially compatible, free of harmful substances and manufactured to a high standard of quality. Note: Our leathers are produced as gently as possible. With dyed leather, there may initially be slight, fading discolouration.
