After you have completed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email. If you ordered by phone, you will receive an SMS with the link to your order summary. Within your customer account, you can view the current processing status of your order. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive another email notification. DHL will also send you an email so you can easily track your shipment.

Usually, your order will be processed, packaged and handed over to the shipping service provider within 1-3 days. Please note, however, that for deliveries outside of Germany, this time may be extended due to customs formalities, handing over to a local sub-shipping service provider, etc.

Complaining about defective items

Please do not simply return in the event of a defective item or a problem within the legal warranty. Instead, please first send a meaningful photo and your description to our service team. We are happy to support you personally with the next steps.

Report damage in transit

If your goods show obvious damage in transit, please complain immediately to the delivery person and contact our service team immediately. Please provide us with your order number, the affected item and the type of damage. We are happy to support you personally with the next steps.

Disliked or ordered multiple items to choose from:

If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the legal right of withdrawal and can cancel your order within 14 days without giving reasons. We will cover the cost of the return. Please use our returns portal for this.

If you have a defective item that you don't want to throw away, just contact our service team. We will be happy to review all options and offer you solutions. Please understand that not all items are repairable, but our leather manufactory has already successfully rescued some collars and leashes.

You will find corresponding measuring instructions and size charts directly on our products. It is important to measure your dog correctly before ordering. This way, you can avoid costly and not exactly environmentally friendly returns. If you are not sure, our experts will be happy to help you.

The care instructions can be found under the "Notes" tab on the product detail page. There you can read about how you can properly care for your new leather collar or your new dog bed, for example. In the case of dog beds, most of the covers are removable and washable. The bowls are usually dishwasher safe. Nylon collars, harnesses and leashes should only be washed by hand. Many of the materials are easy to care for and easy to wash.

Note: Most leathers are already greased and require minimal maintenance. Do not dry wet leather on the heater!

If your dog has very short fur or no undercoat, is very old, sick or is a small puppy, is built close to the ground or has short legs, then he needs appropriate protection from cold and wet weather. There are different types of dog clothing. In addition to the warming winter coats, there are also practical raincoats, which can also be used for dogs that don't actually need a dog coat. You can be sure that we only want the best for you and your dog. We have marked particularly valuable materials with appropriate tags. The choice between collar and harness depends on various factors, including the size and behavior of the dog, the purpose of use, and personal preferences and needs.

e.g.: collar:

-         Suitable for dogs that are well leashed

-         Ideal for everyday use, walks and workouts.

-         May be better for small dogs or dogs with short muzzles, as a harness could increase pressure on the neck.

-         Look extra chic

e.g. harness:

-         Provides more control, especially with anxious dogs

-         Distributes pressure evenly across the dog's body

-         Suitable for dogs with breathing problems, short throat or tracheal collapse

-         Some dog sports require the wearing of a harness.
